Lee and Gemma (A.K.A. "The Bosses")

Lee has been a chef for the past twenty years, has a natural flare for flavours and is a character serving behind the bar, Gemma has worked in and managed pubs since she was nineteen
(so not that long......honest!)

2013 is where our story begins....we met in our local pub in a small village in Somerset and five years later we were married and starting our own business venture, bringing with us a wealth of experience in the hospitality trade.

The idea for The Paddock Bar came from a day out where we saw a bar in a horse box and thought it was a brilliant concept.

As the Gin and Prosecco craze continues to sweep the nation, with many people now developing artisan gins and with us being gin lovers ourselves we decided that we should start up a 'Gin, Pimm's and Prosecco Bar'. As we started to develop our business plan we thought it would be better to offer a selection of products to meet everyone's needs instead, so here we are welcoming "Flo" The Paddock Bar - offering a truly bespoke service to suit your needs.

"FLO" is BACK on the road!





This old lady was once a rice horse trailer but was sadly abandoned for a "younger model" and left in a field by her previous owners until we found her and made her part of our family - she is now fondly known to us as "Flo"


After being lovingly restored by Lee and Adrian (Gemma's Dad) "Flo" is now a fully functioning bar who loves to be at the heart of all the parties and celebrations.


We have given her a makeover inside and out but decided to leave her unique knocks in her bodywork as part of her character and a nod to her previous life. We have replaced her flooring and fitted beer dispensers in the natural wood worktop. She also has little equestrian touches to encompass her past life with her new one.


Whether you're looking for a bespoke drinks package in the form of a light Gin Bar, a bubbly Prosecco Bar, selection of Pimm's, or a cash bar with a full variety of drinks including draft Beer and Cider, we tailor The Paddock Bar around your needs to make your event memorable.
